The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and tools. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of materials. The successful candidate will work in a warehouse environment and may be required to operate cranes and other equipment as needed. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary Apply paint using various methods including airless paint spraying and hand tools Ensure proper mixing of paint and adherence to safety standards Perform touch-ups and repairs on painted surfaces as required Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Follow lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency Operate cranes safely when necessary for moving large items or materials Experience Proven experience in industrial painting or related fields such as auto painting or construction painting Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is a plus Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred Welding skills are an advantage but not mandatory We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about industrial painting to apply for this exciting opportunity.
