Night Shift Powder Coat Painter FENCO Solutions 4422 Route 130 S, Burlington, NJ 08016 Job Summary Fenco Solutions is hiring Night Shift Powder Coat Painters to join our production team in Burlington, NJ. This position is responsible for applying powder coatings to metal cabinets and safes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare metal surfaces for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging parts) Apply powder coating using spray guns and related equipment Ensure even, complete coverage according to specifications Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and proper curing Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and spray booths Maintain a safe and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Participate in required union membership Qualifications Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience strongly preferred Ability to use and maintain spray equipment Knowledge of proper preparation, coating, and curing techniques Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and quality workmanship Must be able to work night shift hours as scheduled Union membership (or willingness to join) required Benefits Steady full-time work with three-day weekends Competitive pay at $17.00/hour Career opportunity with an established manufacturer Team-oriented environment with immediate openings
