Batavia, NY 14020 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of surfaces for spray painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking Move, hang, and position parts and products in preparation for painting Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required Assist painters in maintaining a clean and organized work area Inspect prepared surfaces for defects and ensure readiness for painting Grinding and sanding industrial equipment Assist in the mixing and handling of paint and coating materials as needed Perform other duties related to assembly or finishing, as assigned
