Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a reliable individual with the ability to work in our powder coating department. This individual will be working Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm. Familiarity with industry standard painting techniques and processes to apply powder coating is a plus. We will be offering on the job training. If this is something you are interested in, we welcome you to apply. We are looking for someone who can: Carefully examine welded products for any imperfections or weld BBs. Thoroughly clean, prep, and hang all parts using our automated system. Oversee products as they progress through the powder coating line to ensure proper movement and processing. Adhere to procedures to maintain an efficient and clean work environment. Continuously inspect products throughout the process to achieve the highest quality finish. Identify and manage specific colors, assisting with color changes as necessary. Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
