Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
柊ttend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments. Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
筆ust have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.
姫repping and painting aircraft per manufacturers maintenance manuals.
謬raining of individual team members to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
百cheduling with parts department to ensure necessary materials required to complete the jobs are available.
姫aint shop quality control.
筆aintain the premises of the paint shop and work facilities in a clean and orderly manner.
筆any duties of the Paint Tech III may be delegated by him to qualified subordinates as deemed necessary; however, such delegation does not relieve the tech of the overall responsibility.
柊ny other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
髭ducation High school diploma or equivalent.
髭xperience Minimum of 2 years of aircraft paint experience required.
Must be familiar with all types of paint equipment.
肘nitiative Self-motivated, work unsupervised and maintain a rapid pace.

百upervise, motivate and direct staff.
Responsibility
筆ust perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
姫ainting, painting base coat and layout.

匹ontacts Other technicians in paint department or other departments.
姫aint Lead Techs and Paint Program Manager.
