$24.00 – $28.00 per hour
Position Overview:
Join our team as a Finishing Painter, where you’ll prepare and apply finishes to various materials, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project.
Duties:
Prepare painting surfaces and mix/apply paints and finishes. Efficiently plan and prep work, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Calculate materials and time needed for tasks. Maintain equipment, including cleaning and setting air flow.
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of quality standards, raw materials, and team dynamics. Industrial Setting Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to change. Competency in operating and controlling equipment. HVLP Spray Gun Ability to follow directions and interpret documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
