The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations within the shop, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive individual who can assist with various shop activities while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Must be hardworking, mechanically inclined person with self motivation, excellent customer service, and reliable. Your responsibilities will be to help our customers that come into our shop needing keys cut/ copied, car keys programmed and anything else they may need. The person must be detailed oriented, organized, willing to clean and help with anything in our shop. If you think you are that type person, we will look forward to speaking with you! Duties Assist in the setup and maintenance of shop equipment and tools. Help manage inventory levels by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary. Support customers by providing product information and assistance with their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace. Experience Previous experience in a shop or as a Locksmith is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
