Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to a growing book of personal lines clients
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base
  • Support and collaborate with producers on sales opportunities
  • Build and strengthen Centers of Influence (COIs) and referral partners
  • Engage in networking and community events to grow your professional presence
  • Grow your own pipeline and book of business over time
  • Contribute to a team culture of professionalism, fun, and shared success Requirements
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow within the insurance field
  • Comfortable in both service and sales environments
  • Personable, outgoing, and confident in building client and partner relationships
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to excel under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain)
