Benefits Position Overview:

Install, repair, and maintain control systems, ensure proper function of electronic components, and offer expert-level technical support. You will also contribute to design modifications and mentor junior technicians, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and configure control systems and network components Inspect, test, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems and instrumentation Analyze operational problems and recommend design modifications for improved system efficiency Train and provide technical assistance to installation and maintenance teams Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to implement optimized solutions Install wiring, conduit, programmable controllers, sensors, actuators, and related components Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control issues Replace or repair faulty electronic components (e.g., relays, circuit boards, motors, switches) Plan and execute system layouts and wiring installations for new and existing equipment Maintain and troubleshoot network operations, including hardware/software upgrades Provide user support and respond to system access and operational inquiries Create and implement minor control programs from scratch

Qualifications & Skills:

Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Instrumentation Technology, Automation, or a related field required Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or similar preferred Extensive knowledge of control systems including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems Advanced troubleshooting and configuration skills for automated HVAC systems Strong communication skills with a collaborative, mentorship-driven mindset Ability to work independently and lead complex tasks with minimal supervision Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed If you are interested, please send your resume to carmen@canadianexecutivesearch.com CESDH
