What You’ll Do:
Repair and test a wide range of valves including ball, gate, butterfly, and safety relief valves.
Perform full valve servicing:
disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly, and testing – in-house and on-site. Follow industry-leading Quality Control and ASME National Board standards and procedures. Complete calibration, testing, and repair documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to customer job sites and uphold all safety and performance standards. Communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Collaborate with a safety-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. position and requires you to travel 80% of the time.

$36,000 – $45,760 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM – 4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety relief valves, etc.
Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of valves at Flotech facilities and client locations.
Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control and ASME National Board standards that apply to the job.
Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs. Travel to job sites and adhere to all site safety and performance requirements.
