What You’ll Do:

• Repair and test a wide range of valves including ball, gate, butterfly, and safety relief valves.
• Perform full valve servicing: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly, and testing — in-house and on-site.
• Follow industry-leading Quality Control and ASME National Board standards and procedures.
• Complete calibration, testing, and repair documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to customer job sites and uphold all safety and performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with a safety-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

This is a

DIRECT HIRE

position and requires you to travel 80% of the time.

$36,000 – $45,760 per year

education: High School Responsibilities

• Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety relief valves, etc.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of valves at Flotech facilities and client locations.
• Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control and ASME National Board standards that apply to the job.
• Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
• Travel to job sites and adhere to all site safety and performance requirements. The essential functions of this role include:
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week Skills
