Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and navigates Process Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automation systems.
• Maintains and troubleshoots chemical analysis systems, hazardous chemical distribution, and detection systems.
• Maintains and troubleshoots fluoride, chlorine, and PH analytical equipment.
• Maintains and troubleshoots RF radio communication equipment.
• Demonstrates technical aptitude with low voltage circuits.
• Assists Senior Control Systems Technicians with data and inventory of field equipment.
• Assists and supports Senior Control Systems Technicians with internal and external projects, installation of PLC’s, analyzers, flow meters, RF radios, and other process equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possess finger dexterity to write, type, and use a calculator. Maintain adequate vision to view small print and computer terminal. Ability to speak and hear, walk throughout facilities with occasional light lifting (25 pounds), stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching with hands and arms required. Ability to travel between multiple facilities as required to perform core job duties.
