A rapidly growing engineering team is searching for a Senior Automation Field Supervisor to drive mission-critical data center projects – from bare earth to full operation. In this role, you’ll command the field – coordinating
BAS/PLC/SCADA
system installations across multi-million-dollar builds ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW. If you thrive in high-pressure environments, excel at managing technical teams, and want to be part of one of the fastest-growing industries, this is your opportunity. The position Lead field execution of
BAS/PLC/SCADA
systems on hyperscale and colocation data center builds. Oversee installation and commissioning , including Level 2-5 testing, safety protocols, and integrated system testing. Direct and support multidisciplinary crews – BAS techs, PLC engineers, electricians, and subcontractors. Ensure quality, speed, and safety , coordinating with GC supers, client stakeholders, and equipment vendors. Champion digital tools like BIM 360, Procore, and Power BI to streamline construction execution and reporting. Mentor and develop field talent , bringing lessons learned into refined standards and field playbooks. Could this role be for you? Daily presence at active job sites across the Atlanta region Willing to travel up to 25% to other national project locations Able to navigate tight spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Electrical Technology, Construction Management, or related field 8+ years in mission-critical environments with hands-on
BAS/PLC/EPMS
automation experience. Advanced knowledge of construction management platforms (Procore, BIM 360), loop checks, commissioning protocols, and system cutovers.
Strong foundation in industry standards:
NFPA 70E, NEC, Uptime Tier
III/IV, ISA 88/95, UL 508A
. Confident leadership skills – equally comfortable talking to trades, commissioning agents, and client executives. Certifications such as
OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, PMP, NICET
III/IV, or Rockwell CREST are a strong plus. Strong communication and documentation abilities; able to manage site reports, RFIs, MOPs, and more. Why apply?
