The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various hand and power tools. As a Valve Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and testing valves to ensure they meet quality standards. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency of our production processes and requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate valves according to specifications and engineering drawings. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in a warehouse environment. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Utilize forklifts for moving materials and finished products within the facility. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to valve assembly and operation. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Experience working on an assembly line is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
