Position Summary The candidate will work as part of the quality team to receive/inspect material, verify documents and inspect product for damages. Attention to detail and professionalism are key components of this position. Responsibilities Examine floatation devices, life rafts, and valves to ensure they are in proper working condition. They conduct regular inspections, identify any damages or malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the floatation devices and valves in optimal condition. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and conducting preventive maintenance procedures according to manufacturer guidelines. Diagnose the issues and carry out repairs. Replace faulty parts, fix leaks, or address other technical problems using specialized tools and equipment. Ensure proper installation and perform thorough testing to verify functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
