Thisposition is responsible for installing, programming, commissioning,troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building automationsystems.

Responsibilities:

Interprets controls drawings, plans, andspecifications. Grasps fundamental HVAC concepts. Maintainstechnical knowledge through training and review of productinformation. Designs and programs systems using direct digitalcontrols for comfort and energy efficiency. Configures programs,graphics, and alarms for site-specific control systems. Generatesinstallation and as-built drawings, supporting system validation.

Provides technical guidance to the project team. Utilizes handtools and test equipment, ensuring proper functionality.

Demonstrates effective time management across multiple projects.

Acts as a direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction throughissue investigation and feedback. Involves occasional travel withflexibility for non-standard hours and weekends. Undertakesadditional duties as needed.

MUST HAVE

2 years of buildingautomation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experienceWillingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80%of the time. Possess an aptitude for electrical wiring and readingand interpreting wiring diagrams. Familiarity with one or more ofthe following BAS systems: Alerton (preferred), Schneider Electric,Siemens, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or otherTridium Niagara is a plus Interested in hearing more?
