Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Controls – Charlotte, NC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and implementing industrial control systems. This role requires expertise in PLC programming, industrial networks, and automation engineering to optimize and maintain material handling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain PLC/PC control systems . Troubleshoot and repair motor control systems , servo drives , and frequency drives . Work with industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and Profibus . Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems . Implement automation solutions to improve system performance. Assist in project implementation for new and existing automation systems.

Repair & Maintenance and Material Handling Controls Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field OR 2+ years of equivalent professional experience . 2+ years of experience with PLC-controlled automation in a continuous process or production environment. 2+ years’ experience with Proficiency in Ladder Logic and structured programming for Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys PLCs. Familiarity with robotics work cells and its control systems

Preferred Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Hands-on experience with material handling controls and automation technologies.
