This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
This role requires upwards of 75% daily travel to various job sites Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites, including various Electrical Control Systems (PLC, VFD, SCADA, etc.) Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, performing necessary repairs Respond to customer service calls, providing technical support over the phone or on-site Train customers on the use and maintenance of equipment Provide input to improve production and performance
Requirements:
2-5 years of industrial automation installation experience Strong knowledge of Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC controllers and HMIs Proficient installing, commissioning, and maintaining industrial control systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and logics Must have working knowledge of UL508A and NEC codes Knowledge of various SCADA software such as Ignition, FactoryTalk View, etc. Familiarity with DCS systems like FactoryTalk View, ControlLogix, etc. Experience with motion control systems and troubleshooting field wiring Experience with Python for scripting and automation Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools Must be a team player, self-motivated, and able to work without being micro-managed
