Job Details Primary ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain plant equipment to ensure operations andproduction run smoothly and prevent downtime. Develop and executestrategies to ensure timely completion of work assignments in linewith project schedules. Ensure work readiness for scheduled tasksand collaborate with the Operations Department and other teams toadjust work schedules as required. Oversee the development andprogress of team members’ qualifications and training. Act as thepoint of contact for training coordination, collaborating withtraining partners to ensure compliance with both short-term andlong-term training requirements. Basic Qualifications High SchoolDiploma or GED is required. Strong interpersonal skills, with theability to lead, mentor, and support team members while requiringminimal supervision. Previous experience using Primavera P6 andSyntempo. Must have an understanding of basic maintenance onmanufacturing/plant equipment. Interested in hearing more?
