This role includes on-site installations with up to 25% travel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Fabrication of control panels based on electrical drawings & schematics Machining, cutting, drilling, preparation, and assembly of mechanical components based on mechanical drawings and models Electrical wiring and Mechanical installation of industrial equipment Safely and effectively troubleshoot and repair machinery used in manufacturing processes Field installation and service assignments with up to 25% travel for installations, working frequently on your own
JOB EXPERIENCE
Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of experience in a technical field, preferably working with custom control panels and industrial machines/systems Knowledge of Mechanics, Electrical circuits, Pneumatics, PLC and Robotics Knowledge of control panel fabrication and field wiring Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting automated processes, machines, and equipment Basic Arithmetic skills High School Diploma or equivalent Associates Degree or Trade study in a technical field is preferred Knowledge of PLC programming a plus
