What You’ll Do At Pure Barre Boca Raton, you’ll lead clients through high-energy, musically-driven workouts that challenge both body and mind. You’ll bring rhythm, motivation, and authenticity to every class.

Your Role Includes:

Delivering dynamic, consistent Pure Barre classes that follow our choreography and standards Memorizing class sequences and transitions for smooth, seamless instruction Offering modifications and guidance for all fitness levels to ensure a safe and effective workout Maintaining strong rhythm and timing to keep the class energized and in sync Cultivating a positive and welcoming environment for every client Building real connections and fostering community within the studio

We’re Looking For:

Individuals with a background in barre, ballet, dance, cheerleading, fitness instruction, or education Strong memorization skills and a natural sense of rhythm Confident communicators who love being in front of a group and making people feel seen and supported Reliable team players who bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift Why Join Pure Barre Boca Raton? Starting pay of $25 per class , with opportunities to grow as you gain experience and certifications in additional class formats Flexible scheduling— we are currently hiring for all availability , with special demand for weekday and weekend mid-morning classes (8:15AM, 9:30AM, 10:45AM) Additional class times include 6AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays , 7:15AM-10:45AM and 4:30PM Monday-Friday , and evening classes at 5:30PM and 6:30PM Monday-Thursday Complimentary or discounted membership to help you stay strong, inspired, and in the know Supportive team culture in a vibrant Boca Raton studio—where hard work, connection, and fun come together Join the Pure Barre Boca Raton Team!
