The ideal candidate will be responsible for stringing tennis racquets to meet the specific needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role is essential in providing players with the optimal performance they expect from their equipment. Duties String tennis racquets using a variety of strings and tension settings based on customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety. Inspect racquets for damage or wear, providing recommendations for repairs or replacements as necessary. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and requirements. Keep accurate records of stringing jobs, including types of strings used and tension settings. Stay updated on the latest stringing techniques and equipment trends in the tennis industry. Qualifications Previous experience (2 plus years) in stringing tennis racquets is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Good communication skills to interact with customers effectively. A passion for tennis and understanding of the sport is a plus.
