Summary We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic individual to join our summer camp team as Camp Counselor for children in grades 2-5. In this role, you will help create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where kids can explore, play, and grow. You will lead and assist with daily activities such as games, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and group projects, all while being a positive role model and supportive mentor to young campers. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging activities for campers that promote learning and fun. Supervise campers during activities to ensure their safety and well-being. Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal development. Foster a positive camp culture that encourages teamwork and respect. Communicate effectively with parents regarding camper progress and concerns. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized camp environment. Requirements Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact with campers, parents, and staff. Ability to lead activities such as sports, arts & crafts, or educational programs. A passion for working with youth and fostering their development.
