No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training in a two-week program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be physically capable of performing the tasks required for the job. Duties Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair Apply epoxy resin and other protective coatings using the latest techniques and equipment Repair damaged wood surfaces, including rot, decay, and other forms of deterioration Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record We offer comprehensive training and support, as well as competitive pay and opportunities for advancement within the company.
