Lead Finisher Woodshop QC 5019 Wilkinson Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28208
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finished work meets established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a lead painter or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
3 years minimum experience, 5 plus preferred
