Job Overview We’re seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy Flooring Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in epoxy coatings, surface preparation, and team management.

Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage a crew in prepping, applying, and finishing epoxy floor coatings ✅ Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines ✅ Operate and maintain grinding, mixing, and application equipment ✅ Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions ✅ Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols ✅ Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in epoxy floor coatings or a related field ✔Ability to lead a team and manage job site operations ✔Proficiency in surface prep (grinding, shot blasting, etc.) and epoxy application ✔Strong work ethic and attention to detail ✔Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions ✔Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
