Seal Coater Position Available In Ontario, New York

Seal Coater Affordable Sealcoating and Paving 1244 County Road 8, Farmington, NY 14425 Job Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for seal coating by cleaning, and edging driveways Works alongside sealcoating peers filling cracks, and repairing damaged areas. Apply sealant using various application methods such as spraying, squeegeeing, or rolling. Operate power tools and equipment to assist in the sealing process. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Complete projects within specified timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Schedule Season runs from May-October, additional duties run from October-December if candidate prefers to stay on. Schedule can be flexible but must be able to work some variety of weekdays from 8-5ish. Bonus and incentives for finishing scheduled work before 5pm. Some Saturdays and Sunday required if unable to work during the week bc of rain Key Notes Paid training by the owner and foreman onsite Must have reliable transportation to Farmington, NY. One week paid time off The work is done outside in the sun on hot asphalt. We are looking for team players who enjoy manual labor and working outside.
