Summary We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team at Deloka LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces by removing contaminants and preparing them for powder coating. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality finishes on various metal products. Responsibilities Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces. Ensure proper handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols. Inspect surfaces before and after sandblasting to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines. Follow all company policies regarding safety and environmental compliance. Requirements Proven experience as a sandblaster or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with various sandblasting techniques and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
