Responsibilities:

Work independently to set up and operate presses, ensuring efficient and accurate production Troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues to meet production goals Adhere to all established safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Adjust presses as needed and participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure that parts meet size, weight, and density requirements, and all dimensions are within the specified tolerances Collaborate with the Quality team to perform initial setup checks and verify part conformance Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a culture of cleanliness and orderliness Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure smooth handovers and seamless production flow

Requirements:

Prior verifiable experience as a Class A Die Setter Ability to work independently and efficiently Proficient troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve production issues Familiarity with multi-action presses is required Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment
