Studio Artisan Craft meaningful artwork. Build a lasting skill. Grow with us. Our high-energy art production studio is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, focused, and creative individuals to join our team as Studio Artisans — helping bring our luminous glass enamel Spiritiles to life.

Location:

Off Clements Ferry Rd with easy access to I-526. What This Role Is All About As an Artisan, you’ll be trained hands-on in the craft of producing glass enamel artworks — a process unlike anything you’ve seen before. This is production-based, hands-on, standing work , where focus, consistency, and care make all the difference. Each day, you’ll receive an assignment and contribute to a different part of the process. While tasks may vary, the work is structured, detailed, and rewarding — especially for those who take pride in refining a craft over time. We’re not looking for someone who just wants a job — we’re looking for someone who wants to learn a unique trade , be part of a supportive team, and grow with us for at least a year or more . What You’ll Do Learn our unique glass enameling technique through guided, step-by-step training Assist in the daily production of existing Spiritile designs Rotate through tasks including enamel prep, assembly, detailing, and finishing Ensure artwork meets our high-quality standards Work closely with a team of artisans in a safe, supportive studio environment All work is completed in our Charleston, SC studio designed with top-tier safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in mind. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $17/hour , with raises based on skill development and performance Performance-based pay scale : Our Artisans currently earn between $17-28/hour , with an average of $20/hour Full benefits package including: Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off & Vacation Paid, hands-on training from day one Clear skill progression with milestones for growth and pay increases Why Join Us?
