Pay for the position:

$ 14.00- $18.78 once trained Shift for the position: 2nd 3rd Job description for the position: Inspects textile machinery (looms, winding, twisting, and drawing out machines, etc.) for malfunctions and potential problems. Repairs and adjusts machinery to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime. Performs routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and cleaning. Replaces worn-out or damaged parts. Ensures that the machinery is operating correctly and producing textiles of the desired quality. Identifies and addresses any quality issues that arise during production. Communicates with fabric inspectors to anticipate potential defects. Works closely with loom technicians to improve quality and yield. May be involved in setting up machinery for specific production runs. Records operational or production date. Skills and Qualifications for the position:

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of textile machinery and manufacturing processes. Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems. Familiarity with various weaving techniques and fabric types. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
