Full-time, Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join a growing team supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and fabrication of complex electronic components and subsystems in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical and electronic components on printed circuit boards, wiring harnesses, power supplies, and other assemblies or subassemblies Read and interpret engineering specifications, including text, drawings, and CAD systems Use a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as wire cutters, crimpers, screwdrivers, digital multimeters, micrometers, and calipers Fabricate and install parts for electronic subsystems Perform functional testing and inspections to ensure quality compliance Accurately document work in manufacturing records and inspection reports Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or military training is a plus Minimum of 1 year experience in electrical or electronic assembly Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Proficiency with hand tools and measurement instruments Team-oriented mindset and commitment to workplace safety Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with potential for overtime Contract-to-hire path for long-term employment Consistent daytime schedule (Monday-Friday) Health, dental, and vision Paid time off and training opportunities
