!•Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical and electronic components on printed circuit boards, wiring harnesses, power supplies, and other electrical assemblies/subassemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience with various hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment, ensuring high-quality assembly and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Assembling electrical and electronic components on printed circuit boards, wiring harnesses, power supplies, and other electrical assemblies/subassemblies. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to fabricate parts and complete assemblies. Reads and interprets engineering specifications from text, drawings and computer-aided drafting systems Perform soldering tasks to connect components securely. Use measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify dimensions and electrical properties. Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in electrical assembly or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace. Must be able to pass a drug screen and 10 year criminal history background check Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be located in the US & be authorized/eligible to work in the US without

This is a long-term/permanent career opportunity – NOT a short term contract Work schedule: 5/8s (Mon-Fri) 6am-2:30pm (Volunteer overtime available on weekends)

Compensation:
