Certification Manufacturing 2 years Communication skills Surface mount technology Full Job Description TriMech is in search of a Production /Manufacturing Technicians to support our manufacturing client directly in a production environment. The Technician supports Manufacturing, Assembly, Quality, and Engineering by installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing components and systems. This role will report to the quality manager and be held in Tanner, AL.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for manufacturing across all product lines Apply knowledge of electronic theory, schematics, specifications, and test techniques to isolate both product and PCB failures to the lowest replaceable unit or component. Perform failure analysis of field failures and returned product. Assist engineering in-circuit debugging, evaluation, and characterization and analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems. Assembly of subsystems and finished systems Utilize electronics test equipment and power and hand tools for assembly

Job Requirements:

Mechanical Assembly of Electro/Mechanical Systems (Preferably Power Generation Systems). Ability to read, interpret, and understand schematics, BOMs, and other engineering documents. Good verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of analog, digital, embedded systems, and power circuitry, and ability to troubleshoot PCBs and systems to the component level. Ability to solder and inspect SMT assemblies to IPC standards. Trained/certified in IPC-A-610 and

IPC-771/7721

soldering and rework quality standards is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)1-2 years of specialized electronics education OR 2+ years’ experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies to the component level. 2+ Years of manufacturing/production support as an electro/mechanical capacity The client is a defense manufacturer of power generation equipment, and all applicants need to be US or Naturalized Citizens.
