Electrical Assemblers needed for a Speed Sensor and Tachometer Production Company in Cheshire, CT! Pay Rate:

$17-18/hour (varies depending on experience)

Hours:

Monday-Friday:

7:00am-3:30pm
Manufacturing & Assembly Responsibilities
Soldering fine magnet wires to wire /cable assemblies
Soldering leads, wire’s and cables to flex circuit assemblies
Coil winding, skeining, taping and terminating
Precise soldering of coils
Perform simple electrical measurements with DVM’s, oscilloscopes, etc
Visually inspects work to ensure that customer quality requirements are met.
ATP, Insulation resistance, Dielectric, DCR, Inductance testing
May perform in process testing and/or machine set ups on sub assemblies.
Requirements for Assemblers & Manufacturing workers Medically suited to environment and able to wear a respirator
Must be able to sit for long durations
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Hand-eye coordination
Desired Assembler Qualifications
Experience with soldering
Experience with welding
Experience with assembly Hand soldering using soldering irons and reflow techniques
Standard tin/lead and RoHS handling techniques

MIL / IPC

• J•STD, IPC•A-600 / 610 soldering and rework training a plus
