Safely execute standard work and suggest improvements to operatingprocedure Achieve proficiency in all assigned stations Executingoperations to meet efficiency target standards Assist withtraining, as needed Identify and escalate to the Team Leader (IAB3)any risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment,including reporting all incidents and near misses Ensure thequality of the operations performed by controlling and respectingthe standards Apply escalation process in case of any deviation(safety, environment, quality, performance) Ensure proper recordingof barriers and performance in Red / Green follow Perform basicline preventative maintenance. Ensure Proper 5S standards aremaintained. Assist with startup and continuous improvement projectsFacilitate teamwork and collaboration by actively engaging withteam members to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Regularly participate in relevant training programs to enhanceskills and knowledge This is a Full-Time contract to hireopportunity. Training will be on 1st shift 5am-3:30pmMonday-Thursday (for up to 3 weeks) then move into 2nd shift3:30pm-2am Monday-Thursday The ideal Electronics AssemblyTechnician will have: High School diploma or GED Required Extensiveknowledge of electrical systems and wiring Steel Toe boots withmetatarsal covers Good attendance and punctuality Experience withhand, power and measurement tools Completion of pre-employmentscreenings such as background check and drug screening Must be ableto read and speak English Steel Toe boots with metatarsal coversGood attendance and punctuality
Pay Rate:
$20.00-$22.00 per hourPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc. Qualified candidates should
