Electronics Assembler 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Naples, FL 34104 We are seeking an electronic assembler for a manufacturing company in Naples. This role involves performing a broad range of assembly tasks to build precise electro-mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities:

Make cables. Set up for run-in/clean. Wire tagging. Assemble rotors in housing and set endplay. Adjust brushes using a fixture. Assist in the control of all related documents. Assemble brush blocks, slip ring stack-ups and complete assemblies. Solder to a terminal Splice to HML wire Use of measurement instruments. Follow all work instructions, policies, and procedures. Recommend changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Complete all required trainings Adhere to AS9100 and ISO procedures and ISO compliance. Other support and duties as assigned.

6:00 AM – 2:30

PM Skills:

Ability to interpret travelers. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints. Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change. Ability to understand AS9100 requirements. Understand Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations. Understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations (preferred but not required).

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Soldering experience required, J-Standard certified to solder preferred. Must possess mechanical skills. Pass background and drug screen
