Position Overview:
Prefabrication Coordinator Reports to the Prefabrication Manager. Responsibilities are focused on supporting Prefabrication Initiatives for the Company. The Prefabrication Specialist must be able to contribute to the overall success of the company by performing all assigned duties in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Create Prefabrication Solutions for Construction Projects Coordinate with Prefabrication Manager on Inputs required for Prefabrication Execution Provide input on Prefabrication Process Create Documentation that will inform Prefabrication Team what to build utilizing AutoCAD/Revit Aids in the creation of detailed bill of materials Performs other duties as assigned by management Demonstrates problem-solving ability and can work under rigorous schedules Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Position Requirements:
Ability to read & interpret Construction Drawings & Documentation Understanding Construction Project Flows & Sequences Ability to Draw, dimension & communicate ideas Ability to research and comprehend materials, tools & equipment Basic AutoCAD and/or Revit Preferred Bluebeam Preferred Demonstrates a willingness to learn and efficiently use software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, and file-sharing platforms
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
10% Communication, Meetings 30% working on prefabrication shop floor with team 50% creating collateral for prefabrication team to build 10% coordinating with Project Teams
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
