We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling electronic components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to specifications. This role involves working with various electronic parts, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting to produce reliable and efficient electronic products.
Responsibilities:
Component Assembly:
Assemble electronic components and systems according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.
Soldering:
Perform precise soldering of electronic components, including surface mount and through-hole soldering techniques.
Quality Control:
Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and rectify any defects or issues.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies and components. Utilize testing equipment to identify faults and implement corrective actions.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and repairs. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
Inventory Management:
Manage and organize electronic components inventory. Ensure availability of necessary parts and materials for assembly tasks.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Use protective equipment and follow best practices to prevent accidents. Familiarity with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-7711, and
IPC-7721
standards.
Shift:
1st shift – Monday to Friday on a 9/80 schedule. 2nd
Shift Pay:
18-25/hr depending on experience Additional Skills & Qualifications cell phone repair is beneficial. Experience as an auto mechanic is advantageous. Knowledge of working with hand tools is preferred.
