We are seeking a motivated Avionics Assembler to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent Avionica graduates or individuals with foundational skills in electrical assembly and a strong attention to detail. You’ll be working in a production environment that complies with
ISO9001/AS9100
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, wire, and install components following production instructions, diagrams, and wire lists Perform wire harness fabrication, including wire stripping, crimping, and connector installations Accurately lay out and pin wires based on customer-provided wiring diagrams Operate wire stamping machines and verify wire counts Use small hand tools (strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, etc.) with precision Document work performed and track time accurately using Work Orders Follow all company procedures and quality standards
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of electrical assembly or recent graduation from an avionics or related technical program Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working with hand tools and small components Familiarity with
ISO9001/AS9100
