Production Trainer (Electronic Assembly Experience) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Orlando, FL 32833 We are looking for a Production Training Specialist to lead hands-on training for electronic assembly in the
MIL-AERO
industry. This role focuses on building a skilled workforce, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, help integrate new equipment, maintain accurate documentation, and support company-wide training on GMP, FOD, and ESD procedures.
Salary:
50k – 60k a year Key Responsibilities Train operators in compliance with J-STD-001 and
IPC-A-610
standards. Assess operator capabilities to ensure they meet assembly demands. Recommend and assist with the integration of new equipment into the production process. Support the improvement and maintenance of assembly and manufacturing processes in collaboration with the engineering team. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and GMP principles. Recommend updates to production documentation in partnership with process engineers. Provide training on company procedures and policies, including safety protocols, FOD prevention, and ESD awareness. Deliver training in alignment with established procedures and documentation. Work with ITAR-controlled data without requiring a license, while ensuring full compliance. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong verbal communication skills. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Familiarity with electronic assembly specifications and testing methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, engineers, and supervisors. Education and Experience Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in training for electronic assembly, with a focus on soldering skills. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field; equivalent work experience may be considered. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work on ITAR-controlled data and projects without a license.
