Job Overview :
As aProduction Assembler, you will be responsible for assemblingcomplex electronic and mechanical products according to processguidelines and quality standards. This role includes trainingco-workers, troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality throughaudits and rework.
Key Responsibilities :
Assemble basic to complexproducts following documentation, prints, and bills of materials.
Use soldering techniques (IPC certified) and troubleshoot/reworkproducts as needed. Train and instruct co-workers on assemblymethods. Maintain clean work areas to 5S standards. Assist indeveloping and improving Standardized Work documentation. Performproduct audits and manage in-house calibration and maintenance ofequipment. Operate mechanical/electrical assembly tools andequipment. Follow safe working practices and company policies.
Perform scheduled maintenance on gas detection equipment. Abilityto work overtime as needed.
Skills & Qualifications :
Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity and math aptitude.
Proficient in reading prints and process documentation. Knowledgeof electrical principles, including ESD and surface mounttechnology. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. Minimum 1 year ofproduction assembly experience. Apply now to join a fast-paced,innovative team!
