Adecco is proud to partner with a well-established manufacturingpany in Clearwater, FL, to hire for 2nd Shift Assembly Operator positions. These are long-term opportunities with the potential to transition into a permanent role for dependable and high-performing individuals.

Position Summary:

As a 2nd Shift Assembly Operator, you will play an essential role in the production process by assembling, prepping, masking, and cleaning small electronic parts andponents. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for those eager to gain experience and grow within the manufacturing industry—particularly in electronics and smallponent assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on, repetitive tasks to assemble electro-mechanical devices.
Prepare, mask, and cleanponents in advance of the coating process.
Accurately read and follow both ed and digital diagrams and instructions.
Use hand tools and small instruments with precision and care.
Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively to maintain production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills—ideal for working with small, delicateponents.
Comfortable with sitting for most of the shift (up to 90%) and capable of lifting/moving items up to 20 lbs as needed.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Strongmunication abilities and a cooperative, team-first mindset.
Reliable, self-motivated, and respectful of workplace policies and coworkers.
Previous experience in assembly, electronics, or light manufacturing is helpful, though not required.
1-2 years of related experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus.

Location:

Clearwater, FL

Pay Rate:

$17.50 per hour

Shift Hours:

Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays)

Training Schedule:

6:30 AM – 2:30 PM for the first 1-2 weeks
