Summary:

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic circuit card assemblies, including RF, analog, and digital components. Follow established procedures and specifications to support production and ensure product quality and performance. Set up test apparatus and conduct tests on electronic assemblies using defined methods and procedures. Assemble production units based on engineering designs and specifications. Adjust, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems to the component level, replacing parts as needed. Use hand tools, small power tools, and test equipment such as Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, and RF Power Meters. Analyze test results and suggest performance improvements or equipment modifications. Assist engineers in developing new test procedures and identifying manufacturing enhancements. Utilize schematic diagrams to isolate failures in analog, digital, and RF circuitry. Document all maintenance actions accurately using Microsoft Office Suite and data collection software. Maintain quality standards in accordance with control procedures or statistical process controls. Work efficiently in a dynamic production environment to meet schedule demands.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Additional technical training equivalent to an associate degree preferred Demonstrated ability to perform technical/para-engineering tasks with at least 1 year of relevant experience Minimum 1 year of direct RF testing experience Experience with RF component-level troubleshooting Familiarity with various measurement tools: Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Frequency Standards, Signal Generators, RF Power Meters Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state, digital, and RF circuits Strong knowledge of solid-state devices and micro-circuitry Familiarity with radar systems Experience using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Skilled in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams Proficient with Microsoft Office and data documentation tools Able to read and write in English Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
