This position supports the assembly, wiring, and testing of industrial electrical panels, control systems, and machinery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical assembly, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams. You will work closely with our Electrical Engineer to ensure systems are built and tested to meet company standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble and wire industrial control panels and electrical enclosures based on schematics and layout drawings Install components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, terminals, and power supplies Perform electrical point-to-point testing, continuity checks, and insulation resistance testing Assist in troubleshooting and debugging systems during internal testing and customer and factory acceptance tests Use hand tools, power tools, and multimeters safely and efficiently Maintain detailed documentation of test results and assembly logs Support the installation, commissioning, and field service of electrical systems when needed Follow safety protocols, quality control procedures, and company standards at all times Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve issues and improve product designs

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical panel assembly and testing (UL 508A experience a plus) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Familiar with AC/DC systems, control circuits, and PLC hardware Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and mechanical aptitude Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer literacy for documentation and report entry Willingness to travel occasionally for field support
