Position:

Assembler (Solder/Crimpers).

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Starting Pay :

$20.00.

Position Summary:

Perform various assembly tasks to craft top-tier cable/harness and electromechanical assemblies. Duties include following written and video instructions for soldering, crimping and assembly.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Consistently fabricate cable assemblies precisely, employing soldering, crimping, and other specialized techniques. Skillfully splice wires together using mechanical and solder processes to ensure secure connections. Expertly complete electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies using a variety of hand tools. Attach pins and contacts meticulously onto both single-wire and multiple conductor cables. Carefully insert filler pins into various connector types with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Proficient reading and communication skills in English (both oral and written). Effective time management, self-motivation, and multitasking abilities. Strong team player with the capacity to collaborate effectively. Physical capability to operate diverse production equipment and assembly tools. Ability to lift 15+ pounds, maintain physical stamina and strength, and tolerate exposure to fumes and odors.

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, coil processing, electronic assembly, soldering, crimping, etc. About the Company We are a small mom and pop shop who create custom electronic components including wire harnesses, PCBs, and more. We are looking to hire someone to work directly with the owner to help take on some of the production. We are willing to train the correct person with the right attitude. There will be a 90 day probation period for all new employees. Our workplace has two dogs so we hope you like dogs if you plan to join our team.
