We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team, specializing in the assembly and wiring of electrical components for conveyor systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience wiring electrical panels, reading schematics, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, wire, and install electrical panels and components according to schematics and layout drawings Route and connect wiring and cables to control panels and machinery on conveyor systems Test and troubleshoot electrical systems for faults or inefficiencies using appropriate tools and methods Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and quality procedures Collaborate with mechanical assemblers, engineers, and project managers to meet project timelines and specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are used safely and properly Document work completed, including wiring changes or troubleshooting results
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or associate degree in Electrical Technology is a plus 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents Proficient in using hand and power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic instruments Familiarity with control systems, VFDs, PLCs, and relay logic is a strong advantage Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
