Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to perform soldering, assembly, and related tasks for the manufacture of high-reliability frequency control and RF electronics products used in space, military, and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform hand soldering of fine pitch surface mount and through-hole components Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using measurement tools and schematics Conduct rework and repairs to existing assemblies Follow work instructions and quality standards (J-STD-001 Class 3 / IPC-610 Class 3) Inspect work using microscopes and ensure high workmanship standards Maintain organized workflow across multiple projects Collaborate on documentation and process improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience soldering miniature SMT components Proficient with J-STD-001 or IPC-610 Class 3 standards Skilled in reading schematics and using measurement tools Ability to perform precise work under magnification Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with identifying electronic components Experience using basic test equipment Basic computer skills

Job Types:

Full-time, Temp-to-hire Pay:

$20.00 – $26.00 per hour
