Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision wire and ribbon bonding on microelectronic components using manual and automatic bonding machines. Operate under a microscope for extended periods while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Follow detailed written and verbal instructions , including interpreting technical assembly documents. Utilize microscopes, hand tools, and measuring instruments to ensure quality compliance. Document production activities accurately in digital systems. Comply with ESD procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards .

Basic Qualifications:

Prior experience with manual and automatic wire bonding equipment . Proficient in gold ball and ribbon bonding techniques. Comfortable working under magnification and using precision hand tools . Strong attention to detail, punctual , and dependable. Capable of navigating basic computer systems for data entry and task tracking. Must have a High School Diploma or GED . Interim Secret Clearance required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiar with J-STD-001 and

IPC-A-610

standards. Working knowledge of ESD handling protocols . Experience operating test equipment in a production environment. Strong team player committed to continuous improvement. Why Apply?
