Maintain an orderly and safe workspace for optimal productivity. Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and timelines. Record assembly protocols and promptly communicate issues to supervisors. Engage in training to refine assembly skills and techniques. Required Skills & Experience Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical credentials a bonus. Experience in assembly or similar industrial settings is advantageous but optional. Exemplary attention to detail and precise instruction adherence. Proficient in cooperative work within team settings. Excellent hand coordination and finesse.
